The following Terms of Use are a legally binding contract between you and PP Info Marketing regarding your use of PP Info Marketing’s GivAngel Mobile Application and other related features or services (Collectively, the “Service”).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING AN GIVANGEL MOBILE APPLICATION, ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PP INFO MARKETING PRIVACY POLICY, ANY APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS").

If you are not eligible or do not agree to all of the Terms, then please do not use the Service. 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR USE.

By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you have not previously been suspended, removed or deactivated from the Service and (ii) that your registration and your use of the Service is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.


2. PRIVACY POLICY; END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT; ADDITIONAL TERMS:-

a) Privacy Policy. – Please read the PP Info Marketing Privacy Policy carefully for information relating to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. The PP Info Marketing Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into and made a part of these Terms.

b) End User License Agreement.  – Your use of GivAngel Mobile Application or other downloadable software we may provide (Each, an “App”) is subject to an End User License Agreement. The applicable End User License Agreement depends on the platform on which the App is designed to run and the features of the App. The End User License Agreement will be presented to you when you download and/or install the App and will be accessible through the App. Apps are deemed part of the Service and all such End User License Agreements are hereby incorporated into and made a part of the Terms by reference.

c) Additional Terms. – Your use of the Service is subject to any additional terms, rules or guidelines applicable to certain services and features which we may post from time to time (The “Additional Terms”). All such Additional Terms are hereby incorporated by reference into and made a part of the Terms.

3. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes.

4. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION.

To access the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with few important details about you (such as mobile number, password, date of birth, an email address or other contact information such as home address, Facebook identity, Google identity, etc...). You agree that the information you provide to us is and will be accurate and up-to-date at all times. If you are asked to provide a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure for any reason (For example, in the event of a loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your password), then you agree to notify us immediately at support@givangel.com.

5. USER REWARDS:-

a) Snap & Earn Terms and Conditions; Please ensure your receipts meet the following criteria:

  1. Snap & Earn rewards: GivAngel points for retail transactions by uploading your receipts. The amount of points rewarded depends on the merchants and are subject to change.
  2. For every uploaded receipt, the correct brand/outlet and transaction amount must be selected or inputted.
  3. The receipt must be uploaded within the same day of the transaction being performed.
  4. There is a cap of 500 points awarded per user uploaded per day.
  5. You are only allowed to upload two receipts from each brand daily.
  6. If receipt is folded and/or image is blurry, GivAngel reserves the right to reject the receipt.
  7. The Outlet Name (And location), Receipt No./Transaction No./Invoice No./Bill No., Date/Time of Purchase and Transaction Amount must be clearly visible on the receipt. If any of this information is missing or blurry, GivAngel reserves the right to reject the receipt.
  8. Receipts uploaded onto GivAngel must be from purchases meant for self-consumption.
  9. Submitted receipt image must be of the original physical receipt in your possession.
  10. Daily Bonus: GivAngel will provide a bonus point by finish watching each video at the store feature.

*The following receipts are NOT entitled GivAngel Points:-

  1. i) Monthly Utility Bills (example: Electricity, Water, Phone, Satellite Television Subscription, Internet Subscription, Insurance, Education Fees, any form of Subscription Fees, Government-Related Services and etc.)
  2. Postage Bills (example: DHL, Fedex, City-link and etc.)
  3. Clinic, Hospitals, Dental & Vet Clinic Bills.5iv) Bills of Banks’ Logos.
  4. Receipts from transactions involving Travel & Tour except Budget Hotel Accommodation bills in Cambodia (Final bill should not exceed USD$30 per room per night).
  5. Currency Exchange Receipts.
  6. Automobiles Purchases, Maintenance and Modification (Except for Carwash Services.)
  7. Lottery Tickets.
  8. Parking Tickets.
  9. Pawn Shop Receipts.
  10. Online Shopping.
  11. Construction Material Receipts.
  12. Public Transport Tickets and Monthly passes.
  13. Any Invoices from transactions of business-to business nature.
  14. Any form of Deposit Payment Receipts.
  15. Top Up phone card Receipts.
  16. Handwritten Receipts.
    • GivAngel Points earned will be added to your Account based on the respective receipts having undergone strict verification. This will take minimum of 5 working days.
    • Accordingly, PP Info Marketing assumes no responsibility or liability as to the time period or the award and crediting of GivAngel Points as this may vary.
    • GivAngel Points are only awarded for purchases and/or payments made solely for self-consumption. Bulk purchases made for, but not restricted to business and/or social purposes are strictly ineligible.
    • GivAngel Points earn structure may be subject to change from time to time as determined by PP Info Marketing.
    • GivAngel Points is for redeemed Discount voucher and promotion products/items only. The Point is not available exchange of cash.

b) You are not allowed to manipulate and commit any fraudulent activities while collecting GivAngel points via the Snap & Earn program. PP Info Marketing reserves the right to block or suspend user accounts indefinitely without prior notice if the user is found to commit certain discrepancies and/or non-conformation to our Terms and Conditions.

c) GivAngel Points Redemptions. – Once you have accumulated the required minimum amount of Points in your GivAngel account (As posted and subject to change), you may redeem via one or more of the available goods and services in redemption section of GivAngel App. If your account is terminated by GivAngel, if you fail to properly redeem your GivAngel points when closing your account or if at the time of closing, you have less than the minimum GivAngel points threshold in your account, any rights you have to the GivAngel Points in your account will terminate and you will no longer be eligible to receive a distribution of such Rewards.

d) Claims. – Rewards provided under this Section 5 are provided solely by PP Info Marketing and not underwritten by any other third-party, including PP Info Marketing’s brand and merchant partners. By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to not to seek Rewards or make any claims for Rewards against third-party providers, merchants or manufacturers of Products and services.

6. COPYRIGHT.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT. BY USING THE SERVICE YOU AGREE NOT TO:-

a) Submit to GivAngel App purchase information via an uploaded receipt that is false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of collecting points on GivAngel App.

b) Usage of the GivAngel App with a rooted device or emulator is strictly prohibited. 

c) Redeem or attempt to redeem, GivAngel App Offers for products that have not actually been purchased and retained, or for products that have been purchased but, returned to a store or online vendor following purchase.

d) Upload receipts to GivAngel App that have already been uploaded by you or another user, for the purpose of earning GivAngel Points from PP Info Marketing for purchasing products that you did not actually purchase.

e) Upload receipts to GivAngel App that more than a day of purchases.

f) Attempt to obscure the date on a receipt, such as by purposefully uploading a receipt without any date shown or without any clearly legible date shown.

g) Extract information from PP Info Marketing’s web or GivAngel App for the purpose of using said information in conjunction with another service, web or mobile application.

h) Rent, lease, loan, sell, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the licenses granted herein or any Materials (As defined below).

i) Exploit or attempt to exploit GivAngel App’s referral bonus program by inviting yourself to join GivAngel App using another account or invite others who share the same mobile device in an effort to earn referral bonuses or credit(s).

j) Make false or misleading claims about GivAngel App’s referral program or any other incentive program created by PP Info Marketing.

k) Impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, access the Service accounts of others without permission, forge another person’s digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity or content of information transmitted via the Service, or perform any other similar fraudulent activity.

l) Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights on the Service or any User Content.

m) Make unsolicited offers, advertisements, proposals or, send junk mail or spam to other users of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to unsolicited advertising, promotional materials or other solicitation material, bulk mailing of commercial advertising, chain mail, information announcements, charity request and petitions for signatures.

n) Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and data protection and privacy, the collection, storage, transmission or access of educational records.

o) Defame, harass, abuse, threaten or defraud users of the Service, or collect or attempt to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent.

p) Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than the internal business purposes of maintaining and administering school records without our consent.

q) Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or User Content, features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content accessible through the Service, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Service or User Content.

r) Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon the Service or any part thereof except and only to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

s) Intentionally interfere with or damage operation of the Service or any user’s enjoyment of it, by any means, including uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code.

8. LIMITATIONS ON USER ACCOUNTS.

Each unique mobile device may not be associated with more than one user account. Users who attempt to create multiple accounts will be deemed to have violated these Terms of Use to the extent they are deemed by PP Info Marketing Co.,Ltd. to have abused the Service.

9. OWNERSHIP; PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.

The Service is owned and operated by PP Info Marketing. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code (Including source code or object code), products, software, services and all other elements of the Service provided by PP Info Marketing (The “Materials”) are protected by copyright, trade dress and trademark laws, international conventions, all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. Except for any User Content that is provided and owned by users of the Service, all Materials contained in the Service are the property of PP Info Marketing or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to PP Info Marketing or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by PP Info Marketing, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials. PP Info Marketing reserves all rights to the Materials not expressly granted in the Terms.

10. INDEMNITY.

You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of the Service and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PP Info Marketing and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents (Collectively, the “PP Info Marketing Entities”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ and accounting fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to, use of or alleged use of the Service; (b) your violation of the Terms or any representation, warranty, or agreements referenced herein, or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party right including without any limitation intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right; or (d) any disputes or issues between you and any third party. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claim.

11. THIRD PARTIES.

The App may use or link to websites, services and other resources owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites and resources have their own terms of use as updated from time to time. PP Info Marketing does not accept any responsibility or liability for any third party website or resources, and the users shall access and use such third party services or content at his/her own risk.

12. GENERAL.

The Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between PP Info Marketing and you regarding your use of and access to the Service, and except as expressly permitted above may only be amended by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the parties.
